Shipment tracking
Once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can check the shipment status at any time directly on the carrier's website.
Failure to accept the shipment
If a customer fails to accept duly ordered goods without a valid reason, they are required to reimburse the seller for the postage costs associated with shipping and returning the shipment. This provision does not apply to withdrawal from the contract within the statutory 14-day period.
